Anyone looking for AFFORDABLE LABOR? $300 per month (160 hours worth)

I am working on offering a new service to online businesses and online publishers. $300 per month. 160 hours.

However, instead of billing you per hour worked like Odesk or other sites, you pay for RESULTS ie., work actually DONE.

You also get to accept or reject parts of the report sent to you. You don't pay for rejected stuff if it failed to meet standards we agreed on.

Of course, each client requires different things done so the benchmarks have to be custom designed per client.

The system: fully redundant and distributed system, daily deliveries, deliverables are agreed upon ahead of time, no dependency on any one contractor

Ideal for:

Data entry
Data encoding
Research
Data analysis
Manual data mining - selective research
Form work
Populating new sites with data

NO WRITING WORK

Mainstream only please (I know many of you guys also have mainstream projects on the side).

This is for 22 days of work - 160 hours' worth

If you are interested, email [email protected] with your requirements and let's agree on a daily deliverables schedule.

Interesting concept, is this a monthly recurring setup or just a one off?

This is very misleading, on oDesk you only pay for work actually done also. If an employee isn't working appropriately in the hours you assign them you can see that and end their contracts.

One off. No long term contracts. No set up fees.

Not misleading at all. Clients decided what results they would get with 160 hours and we base the deliverables on that. Why go through all the hassle of dealing 1:1 with a contractor through an hour-based system when you can just get the RESULTS you wanted on a daily (or whatever timeline you wanted) basis? You would have to hunt down a new provider if something goes wrong or if the quality is off and waste time...

The system I have in mind breaks down the project into actual deliverables with built in contractor redundancy and quality control.

"We?"

Just because *YOU* don't need those services doesn't mean that the industry as a whole doesn't need them. A huge part of my job revolves around entering and processing data. This would free up so much of my time. $5 submissions annoys the shit out of me and I will still probably take him up on this.

I've always thought the opposite of him :2 cents:

I've had good experiences with oDesk and Elance. Anytime I've tried to use $5 submissions it was problematic and he was not very communicative.
