You say you want to invest in paintings. Adolf is irrelevant. You want to buy paintings and sell them for a higher price or something? They might increase in price over time...

I always thought it would be cool to get some big prints from http://www.depthcore.com/ but they haven't built their shop yet and my place isn't cool enough for that kinda shit :(

haha serious art investors/collectors don't really purchase based on how "cool" it looks, but how much it'll be worth and the artist who did them. whether it looks cool is just a bonus

I can still see some of the numbers in the paintings...

just get a print out of it and a nice frame. same effect.

no one who sees it will care about how much you paid for it.

a cool picture is a cool picture, regardless of the cost, and you shouldn't need to "invest" in art.

my ex gf spent like 10k on stupid art paintings. i said you could have spent 1k and used 9k for a new car, house, whatever.

I have seen other works by him over the years, some are not so good , but generally they are not bad. If I saw it somewhere and the price was right, not knowing who the artist is, I would probably buy it:2 cents:
