New to ccbill.. doing something wrong with the links

So I clicked all of them.. more than once... well I used linky


And these are the only ones I can see in the raw clicks stats
At first I put my main CCBill ID in every link, thinking you could do it that way .. that was even worse .. so I replaced them all with my affiliate id from each program .. . not trying to be lazy here, just very new to using CCBill

As an aside - I am NOT blaming CCBill - I just am new to it

You are new to using CCBill - good luck getting more understanding. Read the manual - good idea.

First off, CCBill doesnt seem to have realtime stats, so it might take a small while for the hits to appear
Secondly and most importantly, it looks like you have taken the linkcodes from the CCBill admin area, don't do that! Take your linking code from the sponsor provided URL.

That makes sense .. I did wait many hours, and it was still the same .. I can't seem to find anything concrete about the update intervals but from what I've read over the years I get the idea that it's a "matter of minutes not seconds but also not hours" type of thing??

Seems like so many sponsors, they don't provide links or promo tools or anything.. you know? So I just started going to the admin section and clicking "banners" and using whatever url was there ... sigh ..

Unless I'm missing something it seems like the only / best way :helpme

In regards to stats reporting for clicks; it may take up to 24 hours for the report to fully reflect clicks. After this time frame, if you are still unable to see clicks, or see any discrepancies, please let us know.

You're not new to CCBill. You're stupid. I've been reading these threads of yours for ages.

I haven't promoted many ccbill programs

I joined 60 programs under my account 2330496

I tried to make links to sites in each program ..

I clicked every link more than once on May 3 -- looking at raw stats from May 2-5 these are the only programs I see clicks for

What am I doing wrong over here? I thought I had all of the links right ....

Apparently I did properly format the links.. but some programs shut off traffic stats?? I got a very detailed response from CCBill support. Ryan over there, he tested my links and made sure they were all right and working. I really appreciate that and him taking time to write such a detailed response. That's what someone should do- explain what's going on, when asked. :thumbsup

I see you provided link codes to all of your affiliate programs on this page (http://adceo.com/hunmega/index_links_only.htm) while testing the links, I was able to confirm you have them setup properly. I was able to verify this by making sure the links redirected to the correct domain name, and then by confirming that your affiliate id was listed on the page source as a "refer Id" on the form. This verifies that each link is properly working and giving you credit for each form hit or sale.

Some programs do not provide the option for their affiliates to see the Raw and Unique clicks in the account. Sponsors of our Affiliate Programs have the option to determine what clicks are reported to their affiliates. We currently do not have a global listing of what programs do or do not support what clicks. However, if you view your reports you'll see what clicks are being recorded either 'Raw', 'Unique', 'Form', 'Second Page', or a combination of them. I can confirm the click report is not updated in real time and it may take up to 24 hours for the report to fully reflect clicks.

So.. now.. my question is

Is there any way to test the links - other than verifying the destination - in terms of verifying them actually tracking in the stats area -for sure-?? I may be paranoid but I like to see links actually tracking, for sure .... If there's an easy way to do this tell me would ya!! (I just sent my question back to CCBill - I'm sure they'll write back soon, too.)

If CCBILL verified everything for you, and said that you were doing things properly...you're overthinking this, and at the very least coming to GFY, rather than CCBILL for answers...even you just posted that you wrote them again, and are expecting an answer...
