I'm looking for a company that will scour the web for unauthorized resellers, send C & D's, etc.

We're having issues with unauthorized resellers and it's grown beyond the scope of having someone inhouse handle it, so looking for a company that provides these services.

For actual products, not software :)

We're having problems with Ebay and Amazon resellers selling against their agreements. While we can track some of them, others hide a couple levels deep in the reseller chain.

We're also having issues with some resellers not honoring MAP agreements.

You know busting these guys will hurt your bottom line right?

I don't get it. How do unauthorized resellers get the product?
