I run a image host. I'd like to place ads over the images. Does any program have this?

Adultrev looks more like a survey thing.

I'm looking for just text/banner ads over the image. It's a paid image host, so users are already kinda pissed I imagine when they go to the image with the popup. I want something like below, but without the show button:
