what do you set your frequency caps to? 1/24? 2/24?
have you tested any difference between 1/24 and another setting?

Some people think that showing something to someone over and over establishes brand recognition, some people think that it instead pisses everyone off.. I'm no expert so I have no opinion but if you want real advice from someone you might want to give more specifics about what you're advertising and what kind of site(s) it's on.
