Just risked to make the new order with a new management.
I asked to make the upload first, after that I will send the wire transfer.
I got my content in 2 days and was surprised.

I think I will try to work with them more.

I bought from them in January, dealt with Loryn and they had my content ready for download right away.

So it was a positive experience, I would buy from them again

Since their whole "management issue" fix, and Loryn stepping in, I've not had a problem.
My purchase was fast & efficient, download link available right away.
