So I apparently have went over my CC limit for the month so can not withdraw anything using my debit card. Normally I would just withdraw the funds to my bank account but since adding a new bank account I am still waiting on the last step to verify my account. Its been a few days so it should have already been there. All my payments are basically stuck in Paxum now.

Is there a way to increase the monthly withdraw via the CC or at least to get this verified quicker? Any suggestions?

Any paxum employees here?

Try filing a support ticket inside the Paxum interface.

Hi there Pink Misfit,

I'm currently in Miami for XBiz Summit so I apologize for the delay in response. Unfortunately there is no way to raise your monthly Paxum CC limit, however we do offer multiple options for withdrawal.

Usually it takes 3-5 business days to see the transaction in your bank account, so I imagine it should show up soon. If you're concerned it's taken longer, please open a ticket in the message center and ask our support staff to confirm the date the transaction occurred.

We do have multiple withdrawal options besides the Paxum Mastercard available, including wire, check, EFT and withdraw to an external credit card (Mastercard or Visa). If you do require further assistance beyond our customer support department, please send me an email with your account email and the details and I'll be happy to assist.
