How did you get incorporated in EUROPE to process credit cards for your PAYSITES via the most important Credit Card Processors? (to accept all credit cards, including VISA)

did you register a Limited UK Company for a few hundred dollars?

What offshore formation broker did you use? Anyone use jordans.co.uk? Or any other you can recommend?

And how did you deal with the requirement of Physical Presence in EUROPE?

I used a private broker for one, the other sites I just didn't use visa as it's too expensive to set up and almost impossible to do so fuck it.

Ideally you need a nominee in the country in which you incorporate, how complex you want to set your structure is up to you. Some people incorporate in other jurisdictions for tax purposes and have a non profit making UK holding company.

I'm in Canada, and in 2003 I had to use a corporation broker in Nevada to setup, but this time around (just a few days ago) ccbill accepts Canadian companies so I didn't have to do anything extra :2 cents:
