Just heard an audio tape of an eyewitness to the Zimmerman

...Trayvon shooting. The eyewitness stated that Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman pounding him and Zimmerman was yelling for help. The eyewitness yelled at Trayvon to cease and that he was going to call the police. He then went inside to call the police when he heard a pop and did not recognize it to be a gunshot. As he was calling he looked out the window and saw Trayvon laying on the ground motionless.

The autopsy of Trayvon showed that he had Marijuana in his system.

StickyGreen 05-17-2012 03:49 PM

Having marijuana in his system is irrelevant.

He was a punk thug before he started using marijuana, marijuana didn't make him attack Zimmerman.

Plenty of people smoke marijuana and they don't go around brutally attacking people...

Just Alex 05-17-2012 03:52 PM

But, but, but he went off to buy some Skittles.

No one who is high is going to be assaulting anyone.

Ah, so nobody in cities with high murder rates smokes weed?

Not saying weed is the cause but am saying people do attack while high on weed.

Does something different for everyone. First I laugh hysterically and then get super paranoid. I know people who get productive, can't live without it and also people who it makes physically sick to where they throw up, like my boyfriend.

So now what? It's OK that he got shot and killed? Stalk me on my way home from a munchy run and I'm going to swing my bag of skittles at you. http://thehoodup.com/board/images/smilies/shrug.gif

It's so cute how easy it is to get the public to latch on to divisive non-issues.

Of course it's okay that he got shot, he was brutally attacking the man. lol

So what if he was "following" him or whatever, doesn't give you the right to beat the shit out of someone.

Look, I know it's hard to admit that you may have been deceived by the Martin family, their PR person and the media, but I am here to say that you are not alone. We are brothers. I was, too.

But damn, now that shit is coming from people other than PR folks that is eagerly reported by the media things are looking more in Zimmermans favor.

If all this is accurate and shit, you gotta understand where the kid coming from though. The area has been getting robbed, it's dark, he's a lone... being followed... high as fuck, on the phone with his girl. The kid wasn't going to kill him, just hand his ass to him. Like a man. They could have shaken hands afterwards. Instead you got a wanna-be hero thinking he's saving a community... but I'm sure once the attention is away from this case and the community this happened in, the crime will return and anyone being followed (guilty or not) will shoot first next time.

I never took a side in the case, just don't believe that what the Zim did was "Neighborhood Watch" duty... especially after he was told he should back off. I totally believe Trayvon wooped ass and thats what he got shot for, even his parents do. I don't believe the Zimmeister is some little innocent guy, dude needs to at the very least see a psych and get his license to carry revoked.

I read most of the kid's twitter account, he was a punk ass piece of shit, regardless of what color his skin was. I have no sympathy for his violent dumb ass. You brutally attack a man with a gun and you're probably going to get shot, that's life.

Someone's following you and you don't like it? Then just keep on walking or even run away. lol, this ain't rocket science.

If he would have stopped following him like the 911 operator said, none of this would have happened.

My question is this... Where the hell did he go to get the skittles? I looked on google maps and the only store within walking distance is a Kohls.

Autopsy report says he was shot behind the house where the walkways come to a T.
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=sanfor...,+Florida&z=20

Even when I was younger and smoked, I wouldnt have walked that far for munchies.

Edit: Maybe he went to the community clubhouse and that had a vending machine?

Or call 911 on your cell ... Wouldn't that have been interesting for dispatch.

Alright, but I feel for it. I was totally on Trayvon's side. Sweet angelic picture (of when he was 12), poor kid just trying to buy some skittles, overzealous neighborhood watch guy with an ax to grind who made up a story about self-defense.

People are allowed to approach whomever. There are no laws against that. It only becomes illegal when the first person attacks.

Who attacked who first?

Seems like it was all Zimmerman for awhile but everything coming out now paints a different story which also backs up the story of why police didn't immediately arrest him.

He'll get his day in court.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-18111988

A Florida neighbourhood watch volunteer who shot an unarmed black teenager had a bloody nose and a cut on his head, according to police reports.

The documents were released to defence lawyers for George Zimmerman, who is accused of second-degree murder over the 26 February killing in Sanford.

The file includes autopsy evidence that traces of a cannabis ingredient were found in Trayvon Martin's system.

Mr Zimmerman, 28, maintains he shot the 17-year-old in self-defence.

He was not arrested for several weeks after the shooting because he invoked Florida's "stand your ground" law, which allows deadly force in the face of a serious threat.

As more and more information leaks I think it is starting to look as though it will come down to what the jury believes started the fight.

If they think Zimmerman did nothing wrong and Trayvon attacked him Zimmerman could walk. If they think Zimmerman chased him down and aggressively confronted him, giving Trayvon a reason to defend himself they might find Zimmerman guilty.

It's possible that his entire twitter manuscript was one big "act," and he was actually a really sweet loving person.... but it's extremely unlikely...

This is the real world here man... his twitter account showed what kind of person he was, it wasn't an "act." lol

Funny how with more information leaking out these clowns (Cyberhustler, brassmonkey, tonny404) look like complete imbeciles. At least "tony was a bouncer" quit posting about it, but other two just don't want to give up :1orglaugh I wish I wasn't lazy to look for their original posts about not seeing a pool of blood, cuts etc on zimmerman's face and how little Trelon was this perfect kid with skittles and a can of coke. :1orglaugh

CyberHustler 05-17-2012 06:10 PM

Actually, everything seems to be going in the direction of my assumptions about the whole thing. A big case of "when keeping it real goes wrong" for both parties. We'll see after the trial.
