Gotta Love Canada! Head Chopping Psycho Gets Freedom
 

if it wasn't so fucked up i'd be laughing. a few years ago it made world headlines when a psycho on a bus in Manitoba literally chopped off somebody else's head.

well, as of today he's been rewarded for being a good psycho and he has been granted the right to go out for short outings to a nearby city, Selkirk, Manitoba.

there are weed dealers in the United States who haven't seen the light of day in 20 years, which is very fucked up as well, but in Canada, chop a head off, hell eat your victim's brains if you want, if you're a good boy and take your meds you can go on outings!

Not as fucked up as the the United States of Incarceration. US has 25% of all the world's prisoners. What a disgrace! Suppose we can thank the "war on drugs" and general American attitude of revenge and self righteousness. Didn't learn a damn thing from prohibition.

wasn't that the dude on the greyhound bus that chopped the head off the innocent guy that happened to be in the next seat on the bus and then taunted the police as he chewed on the guys guts while holding the chopped off head by the hair? :Oh crap

Those excursions can be increased incrementally to a "maximum of full days," according to the board's written ruling."

soon he'll be going out for full days, maybe catch a movie, play some miniature golf, who knows, maybe they'll allow him to date.

the mother of the victim is beside herself over this insanity.

well you see since hes a skitzo he can't be held responsible for anything he does while off his meds. so hes a model inmate, no harm to anyone...unless he stops his meds again then off with their heads! i am so tired of crazy people getting this kid gloves treatment, makes me sick.

yeah canada is messed up on some things.
the kid who killed my father got 6 months in a cushy psych hospital...so they could discuss his feelings.

In the UK, we gave the Stansted hijackers asylum and free houses! So if you want a nice new house, take over a plane, terrorise the passengers, force the pilot to land on British soil and reap the rewards!

Ugh. I had a friend on that bus and he is still traumatized by it. That was a brutally fucked up situation and it really was not that long ago at all. So senseless.

Are these excursions into town on the bus?

yeah it is crazy...i think about it more then is healthy.

i remember the judge crying as she gave the sentence...but she told us, if she went outside the boundaries and sentenced him, it would just get overthrown.

This guy actually plucked out the victim's eyeballs and ate them, along with a portion of his heart. Sounds like a perfect candidate for weekly trips to the public park.
