Joker.com suddenly suspended my domain today! With this action they totally killed my site (blog/tgp related, babe/glamour/bigtits niche) and my business (it had 40k uniq before). Of course they are unreachable. They have email support only trough their stoned-age website.

I recommend heavily: everyone move their domains from there.

no spam, no any illegal activity. its a simply tgp/blog site. income comes from network ads. affilaite signusp/pops/sold traffic/im ads etc. nothing special. same like bigboobsparadise.com

I'd NEVER register my domain at anywhere but the big dogs, Namecheap, GoDaddy, or DirectNic.

Good luck getting it unsuspended though, that truly sucks :(

i'v used joker in 2007 for some domains... but their admin page was fucking confuse...
now i just use mydomain.com.

no, not in 1h, but 5 mins! they are company. mid one. they have customer support (or must have). suspending a domain with a workgin site and killing a business is unacceptable ! if your site!s server down, you are calling hosting company immediatelly, right? and you need info about the things. its same situation. but i am sure they will answer after "some day". but my question is: will they pay me few thousand dollars for compensation? will they buy my biz what they killed? yeah, i know the answer.

can not imagine how and why companies and ppl can do this without any consequence in europe in 2012...

Well you probably registred your website with them to save few $, you say yourself that their website is 'stoned-age' and you stayed with them. I mean you get what you pay for.

I've never used Joker.com but - believe it or don't! - Directnic always answers my questions almost immediately. I mean stupid quick - considering I make them no money anymore.

they send out whois update all the time and ask you to check if it's okay.Then you can easily update you whois when you log in to your admin.I know because have some domains there my self .

Did you use fake e-mail and telephone too?

I have used fake mailing addresses for domains in the past but always given a correct contact e-mail and telephone number incase shit like this happens.

They will kill your domains if someone complains that you have invalid whois info.
