Why Trafficshop support is so slow?

It is been around a week i uploaded my verification document for funding account via paypal and status is still showing in pending. I did contact support but no response regarding this.
Can any other trafficshop customer tell why they are so slow?

Mental Breakdown Chris 7.0 works there. For me that is reason enough to stay away from them.

Now they responded and refused to accept my verification document which is already accepted by other traffic brokers as well as Paypal for which i submitted that document. Further they declined my already approved URLs too.
Horrible way of doing BUSINESS!

Avoid them, their traffic won't help at all.
