CCBill through GFY.
I seriously feel you should use this forum for submission of new sub accounts, if for nothing else to give you an idea of the frustration and aggravation one has to go through lately to get them approved. I’m sure you’re aware they are a very essential part of most businesses with you and I don’t think someone is asking much by expecting them to be approved in a timely manor.
I submitted two sub accounts on the same day, one of them was approved on the 16th and the other is still pending. I tried calling client support a few times about this only to be told basically the same thing in slightly different terms. I’m beginning to wonder if they read from a script or if they actually have the ability to apply common sense to a situation because their attitude lately is, to bad, you’ll just have to wait till we get around to it. If it was their account and their business would they have that same attitude? I also tried calling policy review directly but no answer. |
Experiencing similar issues with CCBill, actually the person who I guess was assigned to reply to my initial email Jorge Espinoza is clueless!!!!!!!
This account rep doesn't seem to read emails properly, it's ridiculous. My initial email I ask if one of my enhancement websites with a tangible product would be accepted, I provided a description of the product and my website url. His initial reply is no because they do not do pharmaceuticals. The product wasn't a pharmaceutical though, so I reply asking if he viewed my site. He then replies apologizing for the mistake and said he now had reviewed my website and my site would in fact be approved. I asked about the fees, he sent me some reading material, did not answer the specific questions I asked. I read through it and had 2 more legitimate questions. Which were: 1- Would my site be exempt from the $750 Visa charge since it isn't a pornographic site 2- Would they raise the limit per transaction to more than $100 since I have situations where international delivery requires additional cost. Days go by without a reply. I email him again asking for a reply on the questions and he comes back with this reply: Quote:
CCBill doesn't need my business I'm sure but big companies like this eventually go downhill when they start hiring incompetent employees who just don't care! |
