Rochard is right about it. As much as they're a great musical band, if they're unknown (or little known) they're aren't actually the best/most epic/whatever contemporary rock n' roll band.

incredible band. All their associated act (Kyuss, Eagles of Death Metal, Them Crooked Vultures) are fantastic as well. QOTSA are one of the best rock bands around, and have been for nearly a decade. Must better than all the top 40 garbage being pumped out currently. Tight as fuck live.

"Oh never heard of them, they must not be any good" argument just means you arent a heavy music fan. If you were, you would have heard of them.

Love Kyuss. Not big on the Eagles. TCV is just amazing.
