Much be something to do with a change in their Merchant Bank accounts or MC...

Seems as though they are utilizing several merchant accounts for sure. Not sure why this would only effect Mastercard but will look into it.... and report.
Keep in mind that Paypal is a 3rd party processor and if you accept it, you have no rights to any card data and limited customer info because it is not your merchant account.

I thought Chase just bought all the HSBC acct's - I got a snail mail about this. My Best Buy experience has been snookered by Chase :(

It does not 'read' like you have much of a choice in the matter.

I have deleted and cancel my account in Paypal as they seen that I am receiving $2k plus a week and they don't want to get involved with money laundering :)
