i want to make my own content with girls and just have a few questions..

-is it legal for me to pay a girl for sex if i get her to sign a contract?
-am i allowed to film without a licence? or do i need to get one of some sort?

if anyone can help please let me know, i have a few girls lined up that want to film, but i don't know the rules..

Sure, they need to fill out a model release form and you have to get all the info for 2257. You don't need a license unless you're doing some public or on-location shoot. Here in the States however it's well recommended you check your local county ordience laws to make sure doing porn isn't illegal or you'll be violating decency laws and that's bad bad bad.

ya, i have model contract forms and 2257 forms, but i will get a lawyer and ask them just to make sure. thanks for the info CIVMatt
