Anyone use Highrise CRM from 37Signals?

I'm in the final stages of selecting a CRM to use for Lead Wrench and have narrowed it down to Highrise from 37Signals and Base from Future Simple.

They each have strengths and weaknesses, but they both have very simple user interfaces.

My use for a CRM is more for tracking deals with customers and partners (Very similar to how an affiliate program will track finding new affiliates and making sure they send traffic), and not so much a cut and dry sales process.

I'm interested in feedback on either, and different companies might setup the system for their own uses.

Discuss:thumbsup

Hey SharkMan
I use base. It is pretty cool. I like how it works with google calenders and google email

They have a nice app for phones but I have not got that far yet

I've used Highrise with their API and it worked quite well.

Thanks. Thats one of the things I really Liked about it. It also has the ability to send email from directly in the web app. The dropbox (BCC) feature is not as detailed as that of Highrise though. I only wish Highrise had an in-app email feature and I would be sold! lol

How do you use Highrise to manage the deals coming in? Does it become cumbersome with 50+ deals going on at once?

I didn't use Highrise with Leadwrench, I just used it for cloud based software-as-a-service app to register all new customers in the same place. Since they generally came in 1 at a time it wasn't an issue. I might have miss understood exactly what you were asking, but Highrise worked great generally speaking for me :thumbsup

Yes I understand. I didn't mean to imply YOU were using it for Lead Wrench. I want to use it to manage the new customers registering to use the Lead Wrench platform.

We could build something custom, but why reinvent the wheel here. lol
