moniker - any chance of support?
Day 2 now of wondering why I've been billed twice for the same domain renewals, any chance one of your staff can get their thumb out their ass and answer my emails?

While I'm here though, and on the off chance they might reply, why is domain privacy renewed a week or 2 before the domains are? I assume so that you can make easy $$$ by renewing privacy on domains unchecked for auto-renew, and set to drop, but was just wondering. |

I think I saw AmeliaG from SpookyCash had the same issue recently. You might want to see if she ever got it resolved and if so how.

Last few ticket submissions seemed to take roughly 2 days to get a reply/resolution.
