Well I actually had to go to the emergency room this morning cause I drank a soda from a bottle and accidentally maybe swallowed some glass that was broken off and noticed too late.

So I got xrayed and they found nothing, sent me home. So I decided to share some wisdom, don't eat it or drink it :1orglaugh

Im a new PADI open water diver...but dang you popped your drum!? i heard thats painful...where did you dive?

I fell off my bike during a race and skidded across the pavement, off the course and into a patch of dirt full of broken glass. that was a bad time.

First time out in the local harbor, the dive instructor forgot to tell me to even out the pressure and I had to figure the whole tons-of-equipment-breathe-don't-panic-thing so I wasn't really paying attention to the pain haha

So I guess now I have to wait until I dive again, I wanted to do the PADI thing but will have to wait.

yeah man gotta wait for it to heal up..fucked up instructor dude...use another person next time..but yeah padi/diving is the awesome..and yes my first 3-4 times was hectic, the equipment, the skills underwatr etc..but you get used to it, just practice..i have about 14 dives looking for more!
