Holographic Image Models Lingerie in Paris, France
 

Empreinte just opened their first store in Paris, l?Atelier lingerie. Last week, evening shoppers were met by this masked model wearing some of the brand's unmentionables.

Pretty sure its just an, almost, regular projector shooting the image on a 90% transparant surface that reflects the light.. so it's not 3D, just a flat 2D video shot on a piece of glass

The tools exist now to do it with two Xbox Connects and a projector/camera - and you know for a fact that is what the first adoption of the technology will be.

I am sure there is some crazy stuff coming up in the next few years.

Looks more like a Pepper's ghost... which is still cool.

This isn't a Hologram or even a holographic image. A hologram is 3D, but this is 2D. What you are really seeing is something called the Musion Eyeliner. It's a variant on the Peppers Ghost stage illusion.

The last time I saw this was 2 weeks ago at Universal. They have a new ride called Disaster! where Christopher Walken plays a hilarious disaster movie director who appears to be on-stage with other live actors. The effect was a little too bright but otherwise really cool.

Lot of sites have tried 3D camgirls. Isn't too popular. Lots of girls say that the first thing their customer asks is to shut off the 3D! Of course that's 3D on a little PC screen, might be different life size in front of you.
