Hey guys, who are the adult agents with all the girls in Las Vegas and L.A.
I have around $10,000 to start a new website, and getting tired of putting up casting calls.
Need to find some really great girls.

YUP just offer them the $100 agency fee the agent would charge you.
It works like a charm

Agents take 15% to 25% from the models pay
Agents Charge shooters $100 or more.

So if the model can keep all of her money and get the agent fee you would be paying, she will do it.

BG scene $1000 models only get $800
Agents takes 20% plus $100 from the shooter. Agents makes $300

Which agency depends on what type of thing you are going to shoot.. Some agents are way better at different niches of girls. Like if you want black/IR girls you want to talk to Lee Bang... Big name stars LaDirect... etc...

The reason to use an agent is that alot of time when you book without one then the girls are more likely to flake so it depends on your production costs alot too.. If you have a large production then using an agent is alot like insurance. If its just you and a camera then you can sometimes get away w/ going behind an agents back BUT if you get caught then you will be blackballed or have to pay more when you do need to go thru them.

Looking at close to 1k per scene these days, so that won't get you far.

I've never spent more than a hundred bucks to start a site (talking my tgps and freesites)
