also why in your license is there no Using content on free hosted galleries or Giving content to affiliates. ?

especially for $50 for only 100 pics...

Funniest thing ever was a Russian content guy who tried to sell me a girls content, when I asked to see her ID he sent me a picture of some things wrote on a piece of paper... I mean hand writen, and when I say paper I mean like a napkin !

Needless to say I didnt buy the content... sigh

I not Russian. I'm American. I shoot for LFP,SCORE,SWANK and MMG so I have all the proper paperwork.

I can verify EIP Studios. The shooter is someone I have known for a very long time and he is American and has shot for the magazine market prior to having a store.

Try putting up some screen captures of your sets and some pics that aren't like everyone else's.

Take it easy with the watermark, no one is stealing your thumbs.

Re-examine your price point, see what other content stores charge for non exclusive run of the mill content.

Change the license, not allowing "Using content on free hosted galleries. & Giving the content to affiliates." Is so Paul Markham ... then again he's retarded!

I added a FHG and Affiliates License

Images on galleries are not the problem they used to be. For Tubes people will want the option of giving them out to Tube sites or having them for their members areas and not bought by lots of people and given away for free. so maybe a limit of 4 minutes on Tubes will work or having some videos with the license for distribution on tubes and some without.

Or offer to shoot custom for people and they can do as they please.

Tough one to get right and please "All the people all the time." If you allow all the content to go on Tubes "It's saturated." If you don't people will complain the can't saturate it it for the cost of a few dollars.

Which is why we had the two stores with the two licenses.

Off www.bargainbasementcontent.com we sold for a low price with a license for affiliate distribution. This suited those who wanted cheap content and not worried if it was saturated.

Off www.paulmarkham.com we sold for a higher price without the option to give it to affiliates. For those who wanted members area content.

Now with Tubes the game has changed.

How you sell your content will depend on the content and how hard you work at selling it. Try going direct to the sites who might buy. The boards are a shadow of what they were when we started. Can't rely on them today.
