Nice to know he's on top of new trends in crime. Bet last week he learned criminals use cell phones and the week before they use automobiles.

As for us in the Midwest. Even Gang Bangers have TV and cell phones, they learned how to use tech like all kids at an early age. Only they also learn to steal DVD players same time they learn to program them.
Ever watched Bait Car? Every Banger watches it. The cool part is when a neighbor yells at the car thief, "don't steal that car. It's a Bait Car." And they still steal the car.

I think the Bangers are smarter than the cops. A couple of Bangers here complained to the FBI after the elite drug unit raided drug houses and stole Play Stations.
