Here's another filelocker living under the warm dry roof of PayPal

This screengrab comes from forum www.filmcool.ru (hosted by our scumbag friends LeaseWeb) and has the above AS Banner all over the place. Been reported to PayPal a few times, and ignored.

So in this forum you see the Visa or MasterCard together with screengrabs from pre-teen, rape and bestiality porn.

Put the Visa and MasterCard logo on your own decent porn site and they'll freak out.

Until a change in the law making all involved with processing, hosting, advertising, etc with piracy sites it will continue and grow.

I just received this mail from a content removal agent dealing with this for me:

"After some pressure from PayPal, Asfile have removed most of the infringing files reported. However, there still remains the folders which have not been deleted still contain duplicate files. There are only 6 Files in the folder, as opposed to the 50 plus files that were removed from the site but nevertheless, they should be removed and furthermore, PayPal cannot deny that they were unaware that the service was being used to distribute stolen hard core porn as they have been provided with links, and screen grabs.

The PayPal logo has been removed from the Asfile banner but that means nothing as they are still processing sales of Premium accounts and almost certainly distributing the commission to the pirates. I have pointed this out to PayPal and suggest that you make the situation known on any of the adult webmaster forums in order that more complaints can be submitted to PayPal."

At the same time, PayPal closed my account one year ago (because I used it for receiving payments from members of my porn sites, WTF!) and they wrote they would contact me 6 months later about how to get my balance back, and they never did. So PayPal is just scum stealing from legit companies in every possible way.

I'll take this to a higher level.

at a higher level Paypal sucks FileLockers

PayPal is just greedy scum.

They probably keep the account open because they are paying them off or PP is making a killing off them. I've had accounts closed for no reason and taken months to get resolved.

A friend owed me $70 last year and sent it via PayPal. In the notes he tried to be funny and wrote "cash for tranny porn" which triggered a lock of my account. I've been providing them none stop paperwork that my account is not adult related but still nothing

If the porn is pirated they'll process for it. As this thread shows.

Paypal will close them. They are just waiting for the account to get enough money in it, so they can take it for themselves.

EukerVoorn 06-13-2012 01:57 PM

Someone should close PayPal. They're scum.

We all know some porn niches do well from piracy. Anyone involved in selling or buying traffic would find it tough not to deal with piracy. The only way to fight it today is to hit the processors over and over again.
