You want to hire a girl that has burned you twice? Because you have orders? Why are you selling a product you don't even have to sell?

I started in this biz producing content so I do have some experience and advice to offer.

My advice, which you can take or leave since I am not running your biz, don't take orders on content you don't actually have and don't give models another chance if they burn you once unless they show up at your door ready to work for half the price. Otherwise you are just asking for trouble that will make you look unprofessional in the long run.

Models not showing up or being late is a part of the business. You can help reduce this with proper signed agreements in place, and by making sure you always do whats right.
