A lot of people do this. I've been at this for well over a decade and have shot all of the world flying by the seat of my pants. You eventually find the right people and build networks if you need them. Some people are comfortable operating in this manner and can make it happen. Some can't.

Many people travel the same way, just hit the ground running and figure it out along the way.

How do you think all of this worked before everyone had the internet? :2 cents:
