Got the same issue, they made me change my password and confirm in the email but I don't know what email I signed up with 4 years ago ;)

They termed our account for no sales I am assuming. Was going to put links up on a new project but instead ended up removing links lol.

Are they not answering emails for you? I heard they weren't.

Not sure why so many people use them,

they are terrible converters.
