"Illegal" videos on Kazaa
 

Have you ever downloaded a video on Kazaa because the title was something generic like "girl gets fucked" and the girl in video is totally legal (she looks 30 or something), but you see when it's on your hard drive that the fucker who was trying to get CP freaks to download it put something like "illegal underage porn" in the description.

Can I get busted for having something with a description like that on my computer, even if the girl in the video is clearly over 18? Are the feds looking through my hard drive or something and thinking I'm trying to find CP?!

The Feds very well could be looking through your hard drive.

I'm no attorney, but my guess is if it's not child porn, it's not child porn and not much they can do.

However I wouldn't be proud of profiting off the innocence of children or condoning the freaks that are looking for it.

put your mouse over the file before downloadnig it, it will show you the description and everything else, I am pretty sure you woulda done it already

There are titles, descriptions, filenames...sometimes I don't read through every bit of the descriptions and shit. Sometimes they're long and I don't see until later that it says something about underage.

And no, the actual videos aren't underage, it was just something someone wrote in there

the feds are probably not able to look through your harddrive but they are definitely keeping tabs on the IP's of anyone who uses kazaa, probably for "future reference"

between carnivore and the patriot act, always assume that everything you do on the internet can very easily be monitored, especially if you're using kazaa or using terror/cp words in your icq's, web searches, type-ins, or emails.

i'm gonna take a wild guess that if they see a pattern of that kind of thing, you'll definitely get a red flag, but i'm pretty positive that all that data is being stored on a giant hd, so that if you're ever busted as a terrorist, they can easily trace back everything you've ever done or anyone you've ever contacted.

btw, their system probably still sucks, but that's the system i suspect they're trying to develop, are developing and will be relying on to catch the bad guys.

if the video isnt cp then you are okay but why would you download a file with that discription in the first place. If i were the government i would put up files named like that just to see who bites.....stear clear of all of that shit. Even 1st time cp offenders get royally fucked (rightfully so).

i think you can change the description if you go to my kazzaa select the file and right click on it im sure you can change the description (I may be wrong) and as for the feds is you are downloading questionable stuff even if you get a new hardrive I've heard they can trace everything youve downloaded through your isp because every file comes through them to get to YOU!!!

Actually I not sure if due to the fact that the girl is being represented as under 18 in the description and he can not prove her legal age by 18us2257 he is fucked if they come for his HD. Since now in this day and age girls under 18 sometimes look over 21 with a little makeup...

Also you can bet your sweet arse the keywords you are searching for are recorded, processed and can be held against you in a court of law..

Fuck right off ... Major celebs can afford good lawyers, some even get off when they are guilty as shit because they have good lawyers (ask OJ ... )

Police do not charge a major celeb unless they are 100% sure of themselves ... Celebs have the resources available to them to sue the cops for HUGE cash if they were arrested "on a hunch".
