Starting a Phonesex affiliate program - would love input!

Glad I finally got approved and can start posting. I am hoping this is the right area to put this in.

My partner and I have over a decade of experience in phone sex, as well as behind the scenes management of running sites and training the ops, ect.

What we are looking to do now is start a phonesex affiliate program - we know what phone gals who promote are looking for, but we are looking for input from you. We want to do this right, and have a superlative affiliate program than what is already out there.

What tools, promo items, and back-end support are you all really looking for!

My tip: Don't cheat your affiliates :)

Other than that, no experience with selling phonesex.

Oh but I think one feature would be cool, a banner or something that was displayed when people were on the mobile and not on wifi, the banner could say something like: have a hot girl call you and then they are charged.

Not sure if that is possible.
