I watched a news clip about a woman who had lost both of her legs and had those metal "flippers" (for lack of a better term) and she was a swimmer in the paraplegic olympics, and very serious about it. I only caught the end of the news clip, but holy shit that's amazing.

Reminds me of this time at a topless bar in Grand Junction, CO (Cheers was the name familiar with the area). Guy handed me a stack of 1's to tip the dancers because I reminded him of a guy that backed him in a bar fight a few years prior.
