Usually i would give link for easy uk company registration,but considering they have now weird new laws obviously it's now better to avoid registering uk company.

:( What issues with the new laws? As early as like 2 months ago I heard was relatively easy to incorporate a US based company in EU as a sister site. Was like a couple hundred to do so. This was through conversation only and never got a link to where to do it. Now I'm a bit concerned.

Depends what its for, if its just as a holding company then there's np. It's only to do with site ownership, just keep that in the US.
