Smoothies
I just bought a blender. Planning on making smoothies for breakfast. Primary goal: more vegetables and fiber.
Recommendations? |
This is going to sound strange but I make a lot of smoothies and for protein I add a lot of avocado and greek yogart as the base. You can add pretty much anything to that.

Just finished one for dinner 5 minutes ago:
coconut water @ 11oz. cup and a half of frozen berries 1 banana handful of spinach 1 teaspoon spirulina 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds pinch of stevia scoop of vegan protein powder. It was yummy. That's my dinner tonight. |

every morning i have this
1 cup oats 1 scoop protein powder (iso-100 currently) 1 small banana 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon almond butter (i make my own) ice cubes and water and some starbucks sugar free syrup for flavor its thick but it keeps me full until lunch |
Add some weed to your blender.
Mix it and smoke it. |
I just drink a smoothie mix from peaches and apricots with a little spoon of honey and ice.

I like fruit smoothies. Good recipe = Blueberries,strawberries, one cup of soy milk, 2 spoons of vanilla yogourt ice cream. Voila!
