According to TMZ, Humphries' ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj has said the NBA basketball player told her that Kim's mum was at the helm of the saucy footage.

Jenner apparently persuaded her daughter to get her kit off with then-boyfriend Ray-J, and even requested Kim re-shoot the video because it wasn't pretty enough.

Forgive me for the seeming naivety expressed in the following question, but didn't Kim K and Ray J have to sign off on the tape before it was sold to the public?

Isn't that par for the course, while they feign protest that the tape was "leaked"?
