Tube Webs- Do They Infringe copyright?

Are the film's production companies do not sue them?

There are no laws governing the use of any content on the internet if you have a big enough bankroll.

and if i don't have? =) , i want to take code embed from tube site and add it to my web...

If they follow the DMCA laws they do not infringe.

If your looking to embed tube clips from the big tube sites, then I wouldn't bother, the likelihood of it been legit is minimal and you risk your site been taken down, as that's what happened to me when I started out.

Host some legit videos yourself and benefit not only from been a legit webmaster but also the extra traffic google will send you and earn some honest commission.

DCMA request to host.

And yes they were only embed from the major tube sites.

Which meant host took down site until I complied with the DCMA request, so had to remove all embeds.

but i want to take the embeds from tube web that Infringe copyright so why the DCMA will not take down this web...?

maybe i should to find host that don't care about this things..?
