CSS/HTML & Integration Work. Hiring Immediately.
We need to bring in someone who wants consistent work doing integration and CSS/HTML. We have a couple of designers who do not do this, so you would have to take it the next leg of the journey.
We would also need you to integrate that CSS/HTML into MechBunny, TGPX, Clip-Share, ElevatedX, and other custom coded scripts we've had built. We have a back log of this work already completed, and more currently being finished. If you can do this, are familiar with a number of these different scripts, and are looking for some consistent work, please post up your contact details in this thread, or contact me directly via email. We need to bring someone else in immediately, as the backlog is slowing down our progress. Time is money. KEY REQUIREMENTS: * Setting Realistic Timeline to Completion. * Communication. This Means We Do Not Chase You Down for Updates. * Speaks Perfect English. * Can Integrate PHP, HTML, Smarty Templates. Fire away ladies. We have plenty or work for you. :pimp |

You came to me just before xmas asking for a "banner pack" (i advertise them at 250 for 16 on my site and they take me between 4 and 6 hours to compete). You wanted a rush job which meant me giving up my xmas. So we agreed a premium price.. Now it is also expected for the client to provide me with content/eye candy to use. You provided a folder full hundreds of .DNG files. About 20 megs for each picture. With no way of possibly previewing them. And you expected me to select the content to use... I spent a day or two working as best I could under these circumstances and did create sevreal banners for you. Then you ask for each banner to be re-worked for multiple sites. Then you disapeared for several weeks. Upon your return i tried to discuss with you the situation. You were running out of man hours. I offered you a partial refund. You said you wernt fussed and agreed to walk away with no hard feeling either way. Yes i did wind down my hours as i went into a transition period following my inhouse position. BUt I am non-exclusive and free to take on extra gigs in my own time. I also employ 2 other designers now to help me with the more mundane tasks. Now why you are here to drag this up I don't know. I have you on my ICQ but your status is "user hasnt added you yet". If you want to contact me plz do so. |
Discussed and cleared up on ICQ...Client agrees with events and is hiring me again. Trolls.... back away.

We are slowly trying out some new people for design and integration work. We have a lot to do. Not everyone is always available when they need them, so we have to flip the work over to other folk often. We simply can't wait 2-3 weeks for their schedules to open back up. We love giving repeat business, but we also know many are juggling other clients, and we can't put our whole business on hold because of it waiting. Rules of the game. We have picked up a couple who have impressed on their first run, but when we go to give them more work, they either disappear or are booked up and can't handle things in the time frame we need. Which is why we are typically looking for additional from time to time. If you're interested in repeat business, and can do design and/or CSS/HTML integration work, we have a lot of sites that need to get done. If you do not know/have never worked with a particular CMS doesn't mean we will not consider, or hire you. However, we will typically hire those who have experience with the different CMS's over those who do not FIRST. |
still here to help with your projects , contact in the siggy
