i was wondering if i could get some help embedding red tube.com videos...
or other ways to get content to my blog style websites

To grab embed video from RedTube just click on <Embed Video> button that is right to the video and copy text that shows to your post.

well to start with you might be embedding stolen videos so be real careful what you get.

Most programs have videos that you can use to promote them with so I would stick with those.

if you have tube site, then rename redtube videos on your tube site, why? a lot of sites already ranked on google with their videos

Yes, it is necessary to change titles and tags. Even better add some unique short description as well. RedTube started new affiliate program. They pay for traffic that comes through embed videos. But I've registered several hours ago and my balance for today is still $0. In affiliate zone they have some tools for exporting their videos.
