I need a model registration script
 

Does anyone know where I can find a script that collects 2257 docs and typical profile fields?

Larger picture:
I want to start a wordpress.org site and use this form for webcam model recruiting. Need the registration to collect the standard docs and take the necessary web pics to start a profile.

what's the move on that script?

I'm assuming you'll be doing affiliate for one of the large sites like livejasmin.. If that's the case you'll need something that passes the info direct to them right?
