Shooting Public Nudity/Upskirt content questions...
 

Does anyone know the laws about this in Nevada/Las Vegas.

And I'm talking about using models with 2257 Docs and a signed release. Just don't want to get busted while shooting.

I'm not sure how you could get caught doing upskirt really since the girl is not actually exposed.

Not sure and am not a lawyer but I think upskirt became very much illegal a few years ago.

It is without the persons knowledge.

So you are looking to shoot it with releases and IDs etc. I don't see how that can be a problem. I guess it would depend where you are doing it.

Here in Vegas...and pretty much anywhere in the U.S. you can get away with shooting public nudity as long as you don't get caught.

Upskirt I think I might be safe but public nudity I'm not sure.

You just have to be quick to get the public nudity done.

I'm sure that all of us have shot stuff where we pull up in the van, the girl jumps out naked we shoot the pic and then haul ass! lol

The magic word to find the actual wording of the law on any subject is "statute":
Nevada public nudity statute

There are the statutes, then there are the cops trying to keep the peace, to keep one guy from messing up the neighborhood for others. They can either leave you alone or charge you with disorderly conduct based on whether or not you are bothering other people in public.

So in the end, take your public nudity shots at a time, at a place, and in a manner that won't cause anyone to call the cops and you'll be fine. Or, offend a mom with her kids and you'll be fined.

In other words, you don't want anyone to call the cops. Never mind the law. When, where, and how can you shoot so that no one calls the cops?

When shooting content of that nature, by yourself, there will be things out of your control. Common sense like not shooting during busy times / places. It helps to have someone with you to act as a spotter to watch if others are coming around.

Now, what if some soccer mom drove by with her kids in the back and they saw that? :disgust

And you say you didn't go to college? No way. With legal insights like that you MUST have.

I suppose it would be catastrophic to those poor kids. they would probably be screwed up for life by seeing a woman's breasts.

Hopefully if that were to happen, the soccer mom would get those kids home as fast as possible and get them in front of a PlayStation with "Call Of Duty" loaded up so they could forget about the horror they had just seen.
(note: the above hypothetical only applies to my puritanical sexually repressed country of the USA where violence is "okay" for kids but a woman's breasts must NEVER be seen)

I would also hope that no children are EVER in New Orleans at Mardi Gras when girls are taking their tits out all over the place. It would just be the worst thing ever.
