Hi everyone, i'm new to all this and i'm wondering what advice everyone can give me. I just setup my first adult site a few months ago and I have been spending time building it and adding to it's capabilities as a learned. So i'm wondering what can everyone tell me about the industry now? how are people making money? are there any really great sites i should know about that are for webmasters? what do you think of my site and am i on the right track?

First piece of advice: Never ask vultures for advice on how to take money out of their pockets, especially when the industry isn't doing so great...lol

Site is very classy.

Keep in mind that I'm fairly new myself (which is why I'm sharing- "they" haven't worn me down yet). Here's what's been working for me as far as pulling in free traffic (Vultures feel free to chime in):

1.) Free blogs
2.) Porn directories
3.) Link exchanges
4.) Traffic exchanges

If you decide to sign up for affiliate programs, do your research. Do a Google search for porn affiliate blacklists, etc. There are some a-holes out there who will pull stunts to keep from paying you what you've rightfully earned.

The 8bit style graphics are neat but not really effective
Page layout and type formatting could use some adjustment.

I'd have the website info at the top of each gallery. You want to make it extremely obvious where the pictures came from and where more can be found. Don't rely on the surfer scrolling down and reading below the free pictures.

You will want to play with different layouts and see what works best for you.

You missed a couple:

5.) Don't listen to men posting under a made-up female name who have 49 posts and signed up three months ago.

6.) Don't search Google for "porn affiliate blacklists". Vendettas are as popular as tube socks, err, sites.
