Setting up affiliate scheme
 

Just wondering what the best route is to set up an affiliate scheme on my site?

I am going to be gaining traffic from a range of sources, and one way is to set up affiliations with other webmasters.

Does anyone have any experience with companies that I can work with to set this up. I can program stuff my end, but its the management and stuff like tracking via cookies, paying out affiliates that I need help with.

I don't want to pay an upfront fee. If I make money, they make money, simple as that.

Please let me know your opinions on websites that do this.
