Video Screen Grab Software
What is out there that you have used and can recommend?
I am specifically looking for some software that I can use for tutorials. I would show the worker bees how you go through MechBunny/ElevatedX as an example to do the daily input of movies. Check this, uncheck this, copy and paste descriptions, blah blah blah. While there are obviously other uses for this, I used that as an example. It would make things much easier when you have to show someone the repetitive steps involved in mundane tasks like described above. Fire away ladies. :helpme |

I have done this many time. I use a mac. I use screenflow. You can talk as you do it, and have our instructions added to the video.

I have some bids out there for data entry so that I can literally have a "team" of people doing this work on the volume I need. However, most bidding are not from the adult industry. With this work, it is not that it really matters. You are basically doing cut and paste, then hitting save, and repeating the process. But you have to do some level of walk through for the different things, pulling shit from this site, and this spreadsheet, what goes where, what to make sure is checked, and all that bullshit. I can accomplish this easily enough if I just record the steps to complete the task. I am not looking to do enterprise grade tutorials for software or something. I just need to more a less do a simple couple of minute recording of my movements on a screen to make a video walk through. |

best to trial them both, since one is 49.99 and other is 299.99, no sense spending 299 if you only need the cheaper one. :thumbsup |

I simply needed something where I could make a few videos for tasks that needed to get done. Either for people to bid on the project, as they could see what was involved. Or once I hired a "team" of outsourced apes for this data entry stuff, they could follow along easily enough. Thanks top notch. :thumbsup |
You could easily sell tutorials like that.
People like Mutt will buy it. |
We used Snagit for a big process management project and I thought it was great. Highly recommend.

Easy to use, installed quickly, and banged out what I needed within 15 minutes. It makes it much easier to get solid bids on work from the outsourced minions when you can show them, literally, step by step what they would be doing. Plus it saves literally hours of grief typing that bullshit out. :thumbsup |
