Weed Porn domain and which best script to use for niche?

I just picked up the domain weedporn.com, I am looking to looking to setup a paid monthly script where users will have access to all information for monthly membership.

I need the best advice or script anyone would recommend for what I am trying to achieve;

I setup a parked page on the website currently asking users to e-mail if they wanted to become a weedporn model, I already have 3 inquiries and have yet to respond because I have nothing setup.

Ultimately I would like either to pay girls certain amount of money for (x) number of photos? or do I allow users to submit photos themselves, or should I do both"? which is the best way I should take this project.

I figured everyone has access to weed in the privacy of their own homes so it's not hard for users to create their own weedporn.

in my opinion you should separate weed from porn.
And i say this because if you think about it, Out of 10, 2-3 porn consumers might smoke, but the rest does not. It´s all about the numbers! Just saying :)

I remember there was a local guy by me who was going to do the same thing. He was doing tons of promotions on his social networks as well as craigslist only to never get anything going. His site was called budslutz dot com and this thread reminded me to check it to see if he got it going and the placeholder page isn't even up anymore. I guess he didn't make enough to cover his $9 a year domain cost. Too bad I wish somebody else in my area would start working the biz as well.
