google transparency report for copyright owners
Hi. Anyone already used google transparency report for copyright owners? Does it help?

It's useless. As long as piracy sites dominate their CERP and do not drop in rankings no matter how many DMCAs Google gets for any of them, all Google reports are just a pile of garbage.
When getting DMCAs will start meaning something for a site's rank, then maybe reading Google reports will not be a total waste of time. But now it's useless. For example, filestube is the biggest offender according to that list, but it still shows up for nearly every search term, and often gets as much as 10(!) positions in it. All of those 1 000 000 (!) offending links that were removed because of DMCAs had no impact whatsoever on it's position in the CERP. Google is scamming us big time. |
