UFC Fans... Silva vs Sonnen II who do you think wins?
 

What do you think? Sonnen took it to him in the first fight but I can't see him getting Silva again. Unless he is really into Silva's head.

The preview videos for this fight have been great. Espn piece is great and the UFC Countdown below is great too.

Silva no doubt about it.

While Anderson is without doubt an amazing technical fighter, and one the best pound for pound yadda yadda, I hate to watch him fight. If it goes past round 2 I'd actually fancy Chael to win it this time* :2 cents:

I think it will be Anderson. It seems like some of his recent fights he has almost been bored during them and putting out a half effort, but when he is focused, he is great and I have a feeling is focused.

Plus it looks like Sonen is scumbag so I would just like to see him lose.

Sonnen rocks so hard I think he'll lose but I bet on him anyways.

My money is on Silva. It's true that Sonnen took him to the brink, but lets not forget the man was juiced up when he fought Silva and was suspended after that fight for a year if I'm not mistaken.

Anderson is one of the greatest fghters ever, unfortunately he is older now and fighters usually on realize they are old inside the ring while taking a beating, hoping this isn't that fight.

Sonnen definitely a dog at +240 but Silva winning is far from certain. I am going to throw some money on Sonnen

I also like Demian Maia at +140 ish. Will be hammering that one hard.

I don't like to see any fighter dominate a division for too long but Silva is on a different level, technically he is far superior to Sonnen. It won't even matter if Sonnen dominates the opening rounds because at any point Silva can knock an opponent out, some of his KOs have looked like nothing ala Vs Forrest Griffin. That's just pure technique :thumbsup

I don't buy into the fact that Silva is old, he's 37 and more importantly he's only been tested in a couple of fights in his UFC career in the past few years so he can continue for as long as he wants :2 cents:

Plus I don't like Sonnen, he's an arrogant trash talking prick and I hope he gets knocked the fuck out!

Silva is 38 (or older according to some reports) and Sonnen is on TRT
Nevada allows someone on TRT to fight at up to 6x normal testosterone levels
Sonnen will win

Anderson isn't only a technical fighter, he is also completely unpredictable, how many front kick knockouts had you seen before the Belfort fight? Of course like every fighter defending his belt so successfully he sometimes has to turn it on and off. if you hate to watch him because you like slugfests you're better off watching amateurs or lower ranked fighters.

People have short memories. Chael Sonnen has already been suspended in the past for steroids(TRT) by the California State Athletic Commission.

Chael Sonnen competed at the highest level of wrestling. He and just like every other athlete has taken steroids to compete at that level.

Chael will take the TRT to its maximum level to compete against Anderson Silva.

I have Chael winning if his steroids treatments are peaking tonight.

He was suspended for being more than 16X over what a normal person tests at, but he can legally fight as long as he isn't more than 6X over.
