Simple, easy to update, and even some responsive wordpress photography themes:

Unless you can find yourself a designer who can create custom stuff on the level of the themes listed above, not really worth the money by getting yourself an inferior product.

Why not just go to themeforest and modify some of the awesome WP themes they have there. Just swap the pictures and of course, modify the text. If you need killer sales copy try http://www.marketingcopyexpert.com and make every word count.

Your cpanel probably has a one click wordpress install function.

johnny, what I usually do is look through themeforest or other to find a theme that I feel is close and then discuss the changes I want to make with my favorite designer.

if you don't like anything on themeforest ..or you want something unique .. hit me with an email.
