Is it one of those situations where you are automatically off the hook if the cop doesn't show up?

Same thing happened to me, got 12 points worth of tickets in NY...4 years later the cop was relieved due to being unfit for duty. Tickets dropped since the cop couldnt testify.

Yeah these are parking tickets but @$250 each after the fees and this that and so on

Cop has to show up for trial do if he is retired does not show up they will be dismissed or worse case plea down to lower fee
