Talent Coordinator

Flynt Management Group, LLC is seeking an outgoing and resourceful Talent Coordinator to search for local, national and international model potential. You will interview and book talent for LFP (Hustler) entities including but not limited to LFP Video and Hustler Magazine. In addition, you will work closely with agents, models, photographers, directors and company management to contribute to the overall success of Hustler.

Responsibilities include:

? Booking talent for LFP Video, Hustler Magazine and other entities as needed
? Booking talent for conventions, promotions, parties and other special events
? Managing talent at promotional events
? Assisting Creative Director of Hustler Magazine with commissioning of photo shoots when necessary
? Working closely with the Creative Director of Video to create cast lists to be approved by management
? Assessing the needs of individual shoots and working within budget
? Planning and booking travel needs for talent
? Negotiating rates for talent
? Creating, designing and managing special events for talent at any Hustler owned establishment
? Generating check requests for model payments and obtaining identification and tax paperwork for all talent
? Filing, record keeping and correspondence
? Maintaining Facebook and Twitter accounts for Hustler Talent

Requirements include:

? Adult Industry experience
? Experience as either an Editorial Assistant or Talent Coordinator preferred
? Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
? Superior organizational and communication skills
? Flexibility to travel as necessary
