Paxum After-Transfer Confirmation Added

You asked. We listened, and delivered!

If you haven't already noticed, the next time you send a Transfer Between your Accounts (checking/currency/Mastercard), or make a P2P Transfer to Another Paxum User, you will now see a Confirmation page immediately after the transfer has been completed. For Transfers to Another Paxum User you will see confirmation of the amount sent, and the email address you sent it to.

Thank you to everyone who requested this feature. We always value and appreciate your input, so please keep those suggestions coming!! :thumbsup

Now do some CSS work to make it look like a bank did it and not one of the GFY tards here.

MrCain 07-12-2012 03:36 PM

Keep the design. Do not change it.

Here's another couple of useful ones you can do that will take 3 minutes and vastly improve the user experience:
- Allow the use of commas instead of periods for numbers. Alot of european countries would write 123,45 instead of 123.45. Even my numpad makes a , when i press the . button on it. I do this every time I try to make a payment.
- By default when making a transfer within your own accounts have it select your two separate accounts, not the same account in both select boxes. You shave off a click for the user and it's all way less frustrating.
- Write something about the $1 transfer fee. If I have 1000 in there, I have to remember that I can only enter 999 max.

Thanks for your suggestions!

With regards to your second suggestion:

Please note that some Paxum clients have more than one ewallet checking account with us. Since we provide the option to have USD, CAD, GBR, and EUR currency accounts, some Paxum clients have 5 separate options for that dropdown menu. By ensuring the client must select the appropriate option we are providing additional protection against any mistaken internal transfers.

Thanks again for your thoughts! We will take your suggestions into consideration when we complete our next round of updates. :thumbsup
