Considering the pace China is importing German manufacturing robots and sending an army of grad students to get PHDs in the US and Europe and the huge volume of manufacturing improvement PATENTS china is racking up, I'd give the Panda State 10 years when they *exceed* western quality standards. China is the future. No joke.
